No. The spark never touches your skin. A protective barrier is placed between your skin and the jewelry while the piece is welded closed.

What happens during an Evermore appointment?

You will browse the available collection, select your piece and any optional charm or connector, and approve the fit. We then custom-size and weld your jewelry. You choose the piece, we create the perfect fit, and you keep the memory.

What jewelry can I choose from?

Selections may include bracelets, anklets, necklaces, charms, connectors, and specialty pieces. Our curated materials include solid 14k gold, quality gold-filled jewelry, and sterling silver. Available styles and inventory may vary by event. Monthly collections are a limited selection that is personally curated each month.

What is the difference between the metal types — gold-filled, sterling silver, solid 14k gold, and enamel?

Gold-filled (14/20 Gold-Filled) is made by bonding a thick layer of real 14k gold to a base metal core. It is durable, tarnish-resistant, and safe for most skin types — a beautiful everyday option at an accessible price point.

Sterling silver (.925 Sterling Silver) is 92.5% pure silver. It has a bright, cool-toned finish and is a classic choice. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time but polishes easily with the care cloth included with your piece.

Solid 14k gold is exactly what it sounds like — pure 14k gold all the way through, with no base metal core. It is the most durable, most valuable, and most heirloom-quality option we offer. Solid 14k pieces are available in yellow gold and white gold and are priced accordingly, starting at $250.

Enamel pieces feature a colored coating fused onto a gold-filled base. Enamel adds a pop of color — aqua, white, or seasonal tones — and is a playful, distinctive option within our Signature and Limited Edition collections.

Can adults and children participate?

Yes. Evermore is perfect for adults and children who want to remember the moment with their loved ones. A parent or legal guardian must be present and approve jewelry for a minor. For safety, Evermore may decline service if a secure and appropriate fit cannot be achieved.

Can I wear a piece as a bracelet, anklet, or necklace?

Accepted Answer

Yes — any piece in our collections can be worn as a bracelet, anklet, or necklace. Anklets are $10 more than the listed bracelet price. Necklaces are $15 more. Youth pricing (ages 12 and under) has no upcharge for wear style — the listed price applies regardless of whether the piece is worn as a bracelet, anklet, or necklace.

How much does a private Evermore experience cost?

When is the Booking payment due?

The full $250 is collected at booking as a retainer to reserve your date and experience. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in the booking agreement provided before payment.

Who pays for the jewelry?

Accepted Answer

Each guest may select and purchase their own jewelry at the event. The host may also choose to prepay for jewelry, provide a spending amount, or purchase pieces as gifts.

Is there a guest minimum?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private events require a minimum of five jewelry purchases. If attendance falls below five after booking, the host agrees that five pieces will still be purchased. The minimum may be met by guest purchases, stacked pieces, or gift cards for future use or gifting.

Do you travel outside the Upstate?

Accepted Answer

Travel and setup within the Upstate region are included in the $250 experience fee. Travel outside the standard service area is $25 for each additional 10 miles of round-trip travel, with a maximum travel distance of 50 miles. Final travel eligibility and fees are confirmed before booking.

Can I pre-order specific pieces to guarantee they will be at my event?

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Availability is not guaranteed unless pieces are pre-ordered during booking. Our inventory is curated and limited, and specific styles may not be available at every event. When you pre-order during the booking process, that piece is reserved and brought specifically for your event. Guests who do not pre-order are welcome to browse and choose from whatever is available on the day, but popular styles can sell out. Pre-ordered pieces are paid for at the event, not at booking.

Are all pieces always available at every event?

No. Evermore brings a curated selection to each event, and specific pieces are not guaranteed unless pre-ordered during booking. If you have your heart set on a particular style, pre-order it when you book. Walk-in guests choose from the available selection on the day of the event.

What is the difference between a private event and a pop-up?

Accepted Answer

A private event is a booking you host — Evermore comes directly to your venue, your home, or your chosen location on a date you reserve. It is exclusive to your guests, fully customized to your event, and requires a $250 booking deposit. You control the guest list, the setting, and the timing.

A pop-up is a public event hosted by Evermore at a venue or boutique. Pop-ups are open to anyone, no booking required. Inventory at pop-ups is curated and limited, and popular styles sell out quickly. Pop-up dates are announced through Evermore updates and social media.

What types of events can I book?

Evermore is designed for bridal showers, bachelorette celebrations, wedding mornings, baby showers, birthday parties, girls' nights, family gatherings, corporate events, boutique activations, and other private celebrations.

How long does an event take?

Accepted Answer

Events with 5–10 guests are generally scheduled for one hour. Events with 11–20 guests are generally scheduled for two hours. Larger events, weddings, and public pop-ups receive custom timing based on expected attendance.

What does the host need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Please provide a clean, dry, well-lit setup area with access to a standard electrical outlet, plus nearby parking and reasonable access for unloading. Enough room for Evermore's display and seated fitting area is also required. Any venue rules, stairs, parking fees, or access restrictions should be shared before the event.

Can I visit Evermore without hosting a private event?

Yes. Evermore offers select pop-ups throughout the Upstate. Inventory at pop-ups is limited,  and personally curated pieces like the monthly collections. Pop-ups sell out fast. Subscribe to Evermore updates for pop-up announcements and new collection releases before they go public.

How long will my permanent jewelry last?

Permanent jewelry is designed for daily wear, but it is not indestructible. Longevity depends on the material, fit, lifestyle, and care. To help prevent damage, avoid pulling, snagging, harsh chemicals, and unnecessary pressure on the chain. Each piece comes with a specific care card and cleaner for your jewelry type.

Can I shower, swim, exercise, or travel with it?

Permanent jewelry is intended for everyday life, including normal showering and exercise. After swimming or exposure to chlorine, salt water, lotions, or chemicals, rinse the jewelry and dry it well. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish and can be polished. Permanent jewelry can generally remain on during airport security, although security and medical personnel always have final authority.

What if I need to remove my jewelry?

Use clean scissors or jewelry cutters to snip the small welded jump ring — not the decorative piece — and store it safely. Jewelry may need to be removed for certain medical procedures, sports, workplace requirements, or personal preference.

Do you offer rewelds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each Evermore experience includes one complimentary reweld for an Evermore piece that was removed or accidentally broken. Additional rewelds are $10. We also offer $10 rewelds for jewelry purchased elsewhere, provided the piece is safe, intact, and compatible with our equipment.

What if I have sensitive skin or a metal allergy?

Please tell us about any known sensitivity or allergy before selecting a piece. We can explain the available materials, but Evermore cannot diagnose allergies or guarantee that a material will be suitable for every person. Service may be declined when there is a safety concern.

How is the fit approved?

Accepted Answer

Your jewelry is fitted and shown to you before welding. You are responsible for approving the placement and fit. Once a piece has been cut and welded, changes may require an additional service or replacement charge.

Will photos be taken at my event?

Evermore may request permission to photograph or record the jewelry setup, process, or finished pieces for marketing. Please let us know before the event if the host, venue, or any guest prefers not to be photographed.

Can Evermore refuse service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For safety and professionalism, Evermore reserves the right to refuse or stop service when a fit is unsafe, a guest cannot provide informed consent, a minor does not have guardian approval, the environment is unsuitable, or a guest is behaving in a threatening, impaired, or inappropriate manner.
